Great service, quality work & pricing. Gives ideas on reconstruction/updates to save money or small add-ons at the same time instead of a separate project to save money. Older rental home projects can always open a “can of worms”, but they aren’t stymied, always have a solution & finish on time.

My husband and I needed a large renovation done in our kitchen at a rental property, but weren’t sure who to go with for the best quality and pricing. A friend recommended ML Surfaces, since they had worked with the company previously. Mike Lampo helped us through every step of the process and did amazing work. From design, planning, installation, and communication - the process truly could not have gone smoother. I don’t think we’ll ever use another business for our future renovations. Instead of the change being overwhelming and daunting, Mike made the process exciting and seamless. Thank you, ML Surfaces!!!

Mike did an incredible job installing TAJ Flooring LVT. It was a difficult install with many precise cuts and patterns. The customer is very happy. As a manufacturers’ rep, he is always very professional and a pleasure to work with.

As a remodeling company, we used ML Surfaces for many tile jobs with our clients until the owner Mike Lampo relocated to another state. His work is excellent and his communication with us and our clients was outstanding. He was one of our most trusted and valued subcontractors and we were so sad when he moved! You can have complete confidence that ML Surfaces will complete your job, whether simple or complex, with integrity and excellence.

ML Surfaces installed a new tiled kitchen backsplash as well as tile flooring in our kitchen, laundry, pantry and half bath. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is outstanding. Additionally Mike is professional and communicates clearly, setting proper expectations and then doing exactly what he says he will do. I would absolutely use ML Surfaces again!

ML Surfaces replaced approximately 25,000 square feet of flooring in our classrooms, cafeteria, hallways, and restrooms and installed thousands of square feet of porcelain wall tile throughout our building. Mike was great to work worth from initial design thru completion of the project. We are very happy with the completed project which looks amazing. I would recommend ML Surfaces for any project big or small.

You only need to make one call If you are looking for someone who does great quality work, sets realistic timelines and shows up when they say they are going to show up! We have worked with a lot of different people over the years on projects at our home and rental properties - and this is hands down the best person we have ever worked with. We will be using him again.
